6-Week Nutrition Plan

Meet Chantelle, a food and movement enthusiast. From a young age, Chantelle has grown up passionately in the kitchen and garden, always being the one to cook meals for her family and friends. Chantelle has a Diploma of Nutrition and is currently completing her studies in Clinical Nutrition. Chantelle's academic journey doesn't end there, she's a food science nerd who absorbs as many health science related articles as possible, and is passionate in helping women feel their best from the inside out.

 

Chantelle believes that consistency and tailored approaches is the best way to achieve goals and that creating that unique awareness for nutritional needs is the foundation for health, longevity and lasting growth. Chantelle's clients don't mess around, they are ready to put themselves first and make lasting change. Chantelle also teaches barre, has a full time job which she is passionate about, four dogs and a very supportive husband.
