Challenge Overview
November 1–30 | $40 per person*
It’s time to build momentum and feel incredible heading into summer!
The Race Into Summer Challenge is a 30-day reset focused on movement, nutrition, and wellness habits — designed to help you feel stronger, more energised, and in rhythm before the busy season begins.
You’ll choose your pace — Sprint, Run, or Jog — depending on how much structure and challenge you want. Each level follows the same principles with varying intensity and flexibility.
Every day you’ll log your score in the ChallengeRunner app, earning up to 15 points per day:
5 points for Movement (classes, steps, or intentional activity)
5 points for Nutrition (you start with 5 and lose 1 point for every restricted food based on your pace’s guide)
5 points for Wellness (hydration, morning/evening routine, human connection, time in nature, and self-care)
The app automatically totals your points, updating the live leaderboard so you can track your progress in real time.
You’ll also receive one to three Cheat Day passes (depending on your pace) for the month — these give you a flat 15 points on a day you’d otherwise score low, but once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Each week, a bonus wellbeing task will drop for extra points and motivation.
For those wanting a little more guidance around food, you can add our 4-week Nutrition Plan for just $20. It includes daily meal ideas, shopping lists, prep tips, and a vegetarian option — making healthy eating easy and enjoyable all month long.

You’ll commit to high attendance, structured movement goals, and a disciplined nutrition plan that cuts out a detailed list of restricted foods.
Sprint is all about strong daily effort — Pilates or other intentional workouts (45+ mins), mobility and step goals, and strict but empowering wellness habits.
Focus: Discipline, momentum, and results.👉 This is the most advanced level — perfect if you’re ready to finish the year strong.

You’ll follow a clean but realistic nutrition plan with some flexibility, maintain consistent daily movement and mobility, and focus on creating sustainable habits.
Run is about consistency without perfection — pushing yourself while still allowing room for life.
Focus: Routine, balance, and sustainable energy.👉 Ideal for anyone wanting structure and accountability without going to extremes.

You’ll aim for regular movement of any kind, build awareness around healthier food choices, and nurture daily wellbeing through small, consistent actions.
Jog keeps it simple — just move, nourish, and take care of yourself each day.
Focus: Habit-building, awareness, and gentle consistency.👉 Perfect for beginners, busy weeks, or anyone wanting a feel-good reset before summer.
FAQs
How do I earn points?
You’ll receive a daily checklist of wellbeing and movement goals designed to keep you on track.
You can earn up to 5 points in each area every day — 1 point for each item you tick off.
Nutrition works a little differently:
You’ll start the day with 5 points, and for every item you eat from your level’s restricted foods list, you’ll lose 1 point.
What is the FULL cost?
Your entry ticket is $40 per person, which gives you access to the challenge app, daily tracking, and all downloadable guides. There is an optional 4-Week Food Plan available for $20.
From there, you’ll use your existing membership or pack for class attendance throughout the challenge.
If you’re not currently a member or would like to upgrade for the 30 days, you can choose from any of our Platinum, Gold, or Lifestyle memberships.
The cost is equivalent to 30 days of access, payable in one lump sum or split into two payments — one at the start and one halfway through the challenge.
How do I track and share my points?
We’ll be using an app/website called ChallengeRunner to track your progress.
Each day, simply log in and submit your points for Nutrition, Wellbeing, and Movement — your total will be automatically calculated and reflected on the live leaderboard.
Missed a day? No stress — you’ll have a 3-day window to submit your points.
After that, your score for that day will be recorded as 0.
I want to come more regularly, just for the challenge
That’s great! If you’d like to increase your attendance during the challenge, we’ve made it easy.
Any existing packs will have their expiry extended by 30 days, and you can choose to take up a 30-day membership of your choice for the duration of the challenge.
Lifestyle members also have the option to upgrade to unlimited access for 30 days if they wish.
To arrange this, simply get in touch with us and we’ll adjust your account so everything runs smoothly.
I have something on in November - What is I miss a day?
That’s exactly what your Cheat Day Passes are for!
Depending on your chosen pace, you’ll receive 1–3 passes to use anytime during the 30 days.
If you know you’ve got an event or a day that might be low-scoring, simply save a pass for that day — it will give you a flat 15 points, no matter what.
Once your passes are used, you’ll return to scoring as normal, even if that means a zero-point day.
Is there a food plan I can follow?
Yes! We’ve created a 4-week meal plan tailored to each challenge level — plus a dedicated vegetarian option.
Each plan includes a daily food guide, weekly shopping lists, prep tips, and plenty of snack and meal swaps to keep things flexible and enjoyable.
The meal plan is available for just $20, and you can add it when you register or purchase it later if you decide you’d like the extra support.
How do I win?
There will be prizes for the winner of each level, based on their final position on the leaderboard.
You’ll also have opportunities to earn bonus prizes throughout the month by completing weekly wellbeing challenges and showing consistency.
Prizes will include gifts and vouchers from local businesses and online partners — but the real goal of this challenge is creating change.
The prizes are simply a little extra motivation along the way!
Can I drink coffee or alcohol?
This depends on your level. Each nutrition guide clearly outlines what’s allowed, limited, or restricted.
